O'Neal serves the process chemical industry in a wide variety of capital project applications, including process chemical plant design, engineering, and construction. We are fully staffed to provide process chemical engineering, procurement, and construction services. Our preferred project delivery method is EPC or EPCm, though we are flexible in our approach and will provide only those services that best suit our clients' needs.

O'Neal's Capital Appropriation Process is similar to many FEL-1, 2, 3 processes and provides an effective approach to developing scope, cost, and schedule for complicated process chemical projects.

Our experience includes both batch and continuous processes in the areas of bulk chemicals, specialty or fine chemicals, active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), polymers, film, resins, and powders.
